Risk warning

Updated 5 October 2026 · binomo.us.org editorial team

Trading on Binomo carries a high level of risk. You can lose the entire amount of every trade, and most beginners lose money overall. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

How the product works against you

A fixed time trade pays less than 100% when you win and takes 100% when you lose. That means you must be right more than half the time just to break even. Short expiries, such as one minute, behave close to random, which makes that edge very hard to hold.

Regulation and where Binomo is not allowed

  • Binomo is operated by Dolphin Corp in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. It is not licensed by a top-tier regulator.
  • Binomo does not accept residents of the United States. In the EU, retail binary-style products are banned.
  • In India, the Reserve Bank of India included Binomo in its September 2022 Alert List of entities not authorised to deal in forex. Read the current list on rbi.org.in before you decide.
  • Regulators in other countries, including Indonesia, have blocked access to Binomo. Laws change; check yours.

Signs to stop

  • You deposit again to win back losses.
  • You borrow money or use money meant for bills.
  • You hide your trading from family.
  • You feel anxious when you are not trading.

If any of these sounds familiar, take a break. Binomo lets you request a self-exclusion or account closure through support. Talking to someone you trust helps more than another trade will.

Scams around Binomo

Be careful with people on Telegram, WhatsApp or Instagram who offer “guaranteed signals”, account management or to “recover” lost money for a fee. These are scams. Binomo does not use them, and neither do we.
